Biography:

Born on September 10, 1971 in Tehran. I set out to study aesthetics , drawing , and painting. I continued my studies in the Art University, in the Faculty of Plastic Arts, Tehran.
From this period, I got very much interested in drawing and painting portraits.

Giacometti and Modgiliani were my main sources of inspirtation at that time.During the same time, I also became interested in Mark Rothko's works and I was very taken with the subject of surface and space.

Human figures surrounded by semi-empty spaces are the subjects of my latest works.
